The holy month of Ramadan was embraced by the employees of PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) as an opportunity to strengthen social solidarity and give back to the community. Through its Ramadan Social Charity Program 1447 H, Tugure distributed 300 basic food packages to communities across several areas in Banten, Jakarta, Bogor, and Tangerang.
All food packages distributed through this initiative were contributed directly by Tugure employees. The program reflects the spirit of togetherness and social responsibility that continues to grow within the Company, particularly during Ramadan, a month closely associated with the values of sharing and solidarity.
Tugure’s Operations Director, Erwin Basri, stated that the social charity program represents a tangible expression of the participation and commitment of all Tugure employees in creating a positive impact for society.
“Ramadan is the perfect moment to strengthen the values of compassion and togetherness. We are grateful that Tugure employees were able to actively contribute to the collection and distribution of 300 basic food packages for communities in need. We hope this assistance will provide meaningful benefits while also fostering stronger relationships between the Company and the surrounding communities,” said Erwin.
The distribution of aid began on March 11, 2026, at Al Arif Orphanage in Kasemen, Serang, and continued on March 12, 2026, to several other locations, including Musholla Nurul Iman Tugure, Al Makmur Cikini Mosque Foundation, Al Falah Prayer House in Kalipasir, Nurul Iman Al Barokah Islamic Boarding School in Leuwiliang, Bogor, and Miftahul Falah Foundation in Tangerang, Banten.
The Ramadan Social Charity Program is part of Tugure’s ongoing commitment to implementing sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives while strengthening the Company’s social concern for communities in need.
Through this initiative, Tugure hopes that the spirit of giving during Ramadan will deliver meaningful benefits to society and further strengthen the values of social solidarity within the surrounding communities.
