Tugure Adopts This Theme for The 2024 Employee Gathering Event

Denpasar, Bali — PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) held an Employee Gathering event in Bali from May 16-19, 2024. With the theme "Journey to Excellence: Elevating Growth, Inspiring Headway," this event aimed to emphasize the enhancement of human resources (HR) quality to achieve sustainable progress that can inspire the industry.

“Through this activity, we hope to instill core values in our employees,” said Tugure's President Director, Teguh Budiman.

In 2024, Tugure focuses on developing human resources that are innovative, inspiring, smart workers, and focused on growth and a sustainable future. One effort to instill these values is through the Amazing Race activity, a collaboration between outbound activities and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

In the Amazing Race, each employee is divided into several teams and given various tasks to complete. These tasks are designed to introduce and teach the local culture of Bali, such as making bale ganjur, training in traditional Balinese dance, and other activities. This activity aims not only to improve employees' soft skills in teamwork but also serves as a form of participation by all Tugure employees in preserving Indonesian culture, especially Balinese traditions.

As part of the cultural preservation campaign, all Tugure employees also actively participate in the campaign through social media, where each employee shares their experiences and information about Balinese culture.

Teguh continued, in line with the company's commitment to sustainability, preserving Indonesian culture is also a mandatory aspect to be maintained. Through introduction and education, every employee is expected to gain a deeper understanding of the essence of the national culture.

“Cultural preservation is certainly very important in light of the advancing modernization. Starting with those closest to us, we invite our employees to participate. Hopefully, this can inspire others to continue preserving Indonesian culture,” Teguh added.

Not only involving employee participation, Tugure also reinforced its commitment to cultural preservation by donating more than IDR 100 million to Traditional Villages in Bali. The hope is that this donation can facilitate them in continuing to preserve the beautiful Balinese culture.

With the series of activities planned, Tugure hopes to provide valuable experiences for all employees, not only in terms of performance and skill improvement but also in terms of appreciation for Indonesia's cultural heritage. Tugure is committed to continuing to make positive contributions to the community and the surrounding environment, in line with the company's vision for sustainable and inspiring growth.
