Organized by Media Asuransi, the award recognizes the CFO’s contribution to maintaining financial soundness, performance quality, and business sustainability.

The CFO Award 2026 was presented during the Top Digital Financial Award 2026 ceremony at the Ballroom of Hotel Aryaduta, Jakarta, on Tuesday (October 6, 2026).

Following the achievement, Dradjat Irwansyah expressed his appreciation to all members of the Company who have contributed to maintaining Tugure’s performance. He emphasized that financial management is not solely focused on achieving short-term results, but also on ensuring that the Company maintains strong fundamentals to support sustainable business growth.

The CFO Award 2026 evaluates company performance based on 2025 financial statements, focusing on three main pillars: capital adequacy, earnings quality and operational efficiency, and liquidity. The assessment is conducted independently by a panel of judges using publicly available information, including financial statements and corporate disclosures.

Several indicators are considered throughout the assessment process, including solvency levels and growth, equity growth, profitability, cost efficiency, investment yield, the Investment Adequacy Ratio (Rasio Kecukupan Investasi/RKI), liquidity ratios, cash position, and financial reporting quality based on the implementation of PSAK 117.

In addition to financial indicators, the assessment also considers corporate governance and reporting quality, including audit status and audit opinions, the timeliness of financial statement publication, corporate reputation, and regulatory compliance. Both absolute performance and year-on-year growth are taken into account in the evaluation.

This recognition further underscores its relevance to Tugure’s performance throughout 2025, which demonstrated strengthened financial fundamentals.

Based on its audited financial statements as of December 31, 2025, Tugure recorded insurance service results of IDR 192.2 billion, representing a significant increase compared with the previous period. On the investment side, the Company recorded investment income of IDR 254.4 billion, representing 57% year-on-year growth.

These results also supported the Company’s profitability. Tugure recorded a net profit of IDR 110 billion in 2025, reflecting sound operational performance and increasingly optimized portfolio and investment management.

In terms of capitalization, Tugure recorded equity of approximately IDR 1.5 trillion, with a Risk-Based Capital (RBC) ratio of 201.43% as of the end of 2025. This achievement reflects the Company’s strong capital position and solvency in supporting long-term business continuity.

The CFO Award 2026 received by Dradjat Irwansyah further highlights the contribution of financial management in strengthening the Company’s fundamentals, not only through financial performance achievements but also through the implementation of prudent business practices, risk management, reporting quality, and regulatory compliance.
