Jakarta — Closing 2022, Tugure managed to record positive performance by maintaining Tugure's National Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating at 'A+(idn)' with a Stable Outlook from the international rating agency, Fitch.
In order to refresh the company's organization, PT Tugu Pratama Interindo as the shareholder of PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) announced the reshuffle of Tugure's board of directors at the general meeting of shareholders (GMS) on Monday, January 9 2023. The results of the GMS determined the replacement of President Director Tugure from Mr. Adi Pramana to Mr. Teguh Budiman.
"We express our deepest gratitude for Mr. Adi Pramana's contribution and dedication to the company and welcome Mr. Teguh Budiman to join us," said Tugure President Commissioner Mr. Syaiful Azhar. Furthermore, he hopes that this change can provide refreshment for Tugure in facing the journey of 2023.
Mr. Syaiful Azhar continued, in the midst of unfavorable external conditions, Tugure Management has so far managed to improve the company's internal conditions to be better than before. I hope that this baton can be continued by Pak Teguh as the President Director of Tugure," he added. Syaiful continued, the performance, contributions and foundations that have been achieved by Mr. Adi, of course, need to be continued by the new President Director. "By continuing to be able to present new things to accelerate the target of becoming the best Reinsurance Company," he added.
Mr. Syaiful Azhar also advised that the implementation of GCG and Risk Management continue to be improved in order to deal with years where there are still unstable economic conditions, he concluded.
Previously, Mr. Teguh Budiman served as Director of PT Jamkrida Jabar in 2020-2021 and Marketing Director of PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida in 2018. Mr. Teguh Budiman won the Most Support CEO award for SMEs Sgtrengthen in Regional from the Bisnis Indonesia Award (BIA) 2021.
