Celebrating Eid al-Adha, Tugure Distributes Sacrificial Animals to Various Locations

JAKARTA (7/6/2025) – PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) once again demonstrates its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) through a sacrificial donation initiative in celebration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H. Tugure takes this sacred moment as an opportunity to strengthen relationships with local communities and provide meaningful benefits across various regions.

This year, Tugure distributed sacrificial animals to several locations, including:

  • 1 (one) cow to Yayasan Ittihaadul Quulub Center, Tangerang

  • 1 (one) goat to Yayasan Rumah Hafiz Quran Exponensia, Depok

  • 1 (one) goat to Al Ma’mur Raden Saleh Mosque, Cikini

  • 1 (one) goat to residents of Cikini Subdistrict

In addition, Tugure also participated in a CSR program held by its parent company, Tugu Insurance, by donating 2 (two) goats to residents of Sungai Buntu Village, Pedes District, Karawang Regency, West Java — a coastal area that has become one of the focus points for community empowerment.

The symbolic handover was carried out by Eko Susanto, Group Head of Corporate Secretary at PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, who stated that this program is part of the company’s annual agenda, inspired by the spirit of mutual cooperation and humanitarian values.

"For Tugure, sustainability is not only about business, but also about how we can make a real impact on society. Eid al-Adha is the perfect moment to foster empathy and togetherness. Through this sacrificial program, we hope to strengthen social values within our corporate culture and continue to care for others," said Eko.

This initiative is a manifestation of the company’s values, which place social concern as an integral part of Tugure’s corporate identity. Through an inclusive approach, Tugure ensures the distribution of sacrificial animals reaches not only the areas surrounding its operational centers but also remote villages — an effort to promote equitable benefits and strengthen emotional bonds with the community.

Beyond the symbolism of sharing, this program is also part of Tugure’s sustainability strategy to build harmonious relationships with the social environment, while enhancing its reputation as a responsible and positively impactful business entity.

By consistently playing an active social role during various religious and community events, Tugure affirms that caring for others is not merely an obligation, but a core identity that continues to be upheld and strengthened alongside the company’s growth.
