Tugure Demonstrates Compassion, Distributes Hundreds of Food Packages to Orphans and the Underprivil

Jakarta, March 25, 2025 – In welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure), together with all its employees, organized a social initiative by distributing hundreds of food packages to various social and religious institutions across the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). This initiative aims to support underprivileged communities, particularly those in remote and underserved areas.

A total of 267 food packages were distributed to several orphanages, Islamic boarding schools, and places of worship. Some of the recipient locations included Serang, Rajeg Tangerang, Leuwiliang Bogor, and several points in Jakarta.

More than just a corporate donation, this activity also involved the active participation of all Tugure employees. They contributed by donating funds and assisting in the packaging and distribution of the food packages.

Tugure’s Technical Director, R. Djoko Slamet Prasetiyo, emphasized that this initiative is a tangible expression of the company’s and employees’ care for those in need.

“We want to share joy with those less fortunate, especially during this blessed month. By targeting remote and underserved areas, we hope to provide greater benefits to those who truly need it,” he stated.

He also added that Tugure is committed not only to providing short-term aid but also to supporting sustainable development for foundations in need.
