Jakarta, June 20, 2026 – PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) introduced a unique approach to strengthening relationships with its business partners by hosting the Tugure Padel Tournament 2026 under the theme "Steady to Smash Through." The event brought together insurance industry professionals in a healthy, competitive, and collaborative environment, fostering stronger connections beyond the workplace.
Held at Padeloom Jakarta, the tournament featured 126 participants forming 63 teams representing 38 insurance companies and insurance brokerage firms. The enthusiastic participation reflected the growing need for collaboration that extends beyond business transactions and is built through more meaningful personal interactions.
PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia’s Finance Director, Dradjat Irwansyah, stated that the tournament was organized as a token of appreciation for Tugure’s business partners while reinforcing synergy amid the industry's evolving landscape.
"Strong partnerships are built not only through business cooperation but also through trust and meaningful relationships fostered by opportunities to connect. Through the Tugure Padel Tournament 2026, we aim to provide a platform where insurance professionals can get to know one another better, expand their networks, and strengthen the collaboration we have built over the years," said Dradjat.
Carrying the theme "Steady to Smash Through," the tournament embodied the spirit of moving forward with consistency, adaptability, and collaboration in navigating the challenges and opportunities within the insurance industry. The theme also reflects the essence of padel, a sport that emphasizes teamwork, strategic thinking, effective communication, and mutual trust.
In addition to showcasing exciting and competitive matches, the tournament also served as a valuable networking platform, bringing together professionals from across the insurance ecosystem. Through a relaxed and interactive atmosphere, participants had the opportunity to expand their professional networks, exchange insights, and strengthen the relationships that have long served as a cornerstone of the insurance industry.
