Returning as Diamond Sponsor at the 30th Indonesia Rendezvous, Tugure Strengthens Reinsurance Indust

BALI – PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) once again participated as a Diamond Sponsor of the 30th Indonesia Rendezvous, held from 12–15 October 2026 at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC), Bali. This participation underscores Tugure’s commitment to supporting the development of the insurance industry through strategic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the expansion of partnerships at both national and regional levels.

Held under the theme “Building Confidence: Driving Sustainable Growth and Resilience in the Insurance and Reinsurance Landscape,” the 30th Indonesia Rendezvous served as a platform for industry players to discuss market developments, risk management challenges, and growth opportunities in the insurance and reinsurance sectors amid global economic dynamics.

Tugure’s involvement as a Diamond Sponsor reflects the importance of industry-wide synergies in building a stronger and more resilient insurance and reinsurance ecosystem. As risks continue to grow in complexity, insurance and reinsurance companies are required to strengthen their risk management capabilities, enhance adaptability, and foster partnerships that support long-term business sustainability.

Tugure’s Finance Director, Dradjat Irwansyah, stated that collaboration is a key factor in advancing the industry.

“The insurance and reinsurance industry requires strong collaboration to navigate increasingly complex risk dynamics. Through Indonesia Rendezvous, we see opportunities to strengthen relationships with our partners, exchange perspectives on industry developments, and explore new avenues for cooperation that can create added value for all stakeholders,” said Dradjat.

He further explained that the role of reinsurance extends beyond risk transfer, serving also as an important means of strengthening insurers’ capacity to manage risk exposures and maintain business continuity. Therefore, knowledge exchange and the development of strategic partnerships are essential to supporting a more adaptive and resilient industry.

Tugure’s participation in Indonesia Rendezvous also comes ahead of the Road to 40 Years of Tugure milestone. Established in 1987, Tugure will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2027. Nearly four decades of experience have laid the foundation for the Company to continuously strengthen its business fundamentals, enhance its capabilities, and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry.

This commitment aligns with Tugure’s 2026 corporate theme, “Steady Breakthrough,” which emphasizes the balance between maintaining consistency in strengthening business fundamentals and driving innovation and transformation. The journey toward four decades also presents an opportunity for Tugure to reaffirm its business development direction and its contribution to Indonesia’s insurance industry.

As part of the 30th Indonesia Rendezvous program, Tugure also hosted Tugure Night 2026, themed “Ride & Roses,” on 13 October 2026 at Hard Rock Cafe Bali. The event provided an opportunity for partners and insurance and reinsurance professionals, including those from across the Asia-Pacific region, to strengthen professional relationships in an informal setting.

Through this event, Tugure seeks to reinforce the relational dimension of business partnerships. Trust and communication fostered through continuous interaction are considered essential foundations for developing long-term cooperation within the industry.

Looking ahead, Tugure remains committed to strengthening its capabilities, upholding sound corporate governance, and developing strategic partnerships to support the sustainable growth of the insurance industry. Through collaboration among industry players and government stakeholders, the Company aims to contribute to enhancing the resilience and competitiveness of Indonesia’s insurance industry at the regional level.
