Strengthening Internal Synergy, Tugure Aligns 2026 Strategies and Targets During Ramadan Iftar Gathe

Jakarta, March 2026 – PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) held a Ramadan iftar gathering attended by the Company’s Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and employees on March 13, 2026. The event served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships among Tugure employees while fostering togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan.

In addition to promoting camaraderie, the gathering also served as a platform to align the Company’s strategies and targets for 2026. During the event, Tugure’s management shared the Company’s strategic direction and reinforced the commitment of all employees to move in alignment toward achieving the goals that have been set.

Tugure President Director, Teguh Budiman, emphasized that amid industry dynamics and global economic uncertainties expected to persist throughout 2026, the Company remains committed to conducting its business prudently and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.

As part of the event, Tugure also held a collective affirmation session led by Eko Susanto, Corporate Secretary Group Head of Tugure. During the session, all Tugure employees were invited to express their shared commitment to supporting the Company’s targets and fostering a stronger spirit of collaboration across the organization.

Through this affirmation session, employees symbolically demonstrated their readiness to move in alignment with the Company’s strategy while strengthening synergy among business units to contribute optimally to the achievement of the Company’s performance objectives in 2026.
